Privacy policy.
Last updated Oct 2026. Home Fieldbook is published by Christopher Kennedy. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up for the free sample, join the list or buy the fieldbook. We use it to send what you asked for, your receipt and sign-in links, and occasional updates about the fieldbook.
- Purchase details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and what you bought. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic site data. Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
- Preferences stored in your browser, such as where you left the sidebar. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
- Visit counts. We may use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without cookies and without identifying you.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't use advertising trackers.
Cookies
We use one cookie, and only after you buy: it keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, so there's nothing to opt out of.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Cloudflare to host it, Stripe for payments, Formspree to collect email sign-ups, and an email provider for sending mail. They only use your information to provide their service to us.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in any message. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@homefieldbook.com.
