Laundry

A laundry is water in, water out, heat and lint out, and a place to sort, fold and hang. Small room, big consequences: most laundry disasters are a leak upstairs or a dryer duct that can't breathe.

What makes a laundry room?

A laundry is more than two machines in a closet. It's plumbing, a drain, power, a dryer exhaust, storage and a workflow from dirty basket to folded stack.

Plan the laundry around the clothes, not the machines.
